I was on the fence about pool socks too, but after trying them, I’m a believer. They really do help keep the pump basket cleaner and reduce clogs. I’ve noticed a big difference in how often I have to clean out the basket now.
They do get gross after a while, but they’re easy to clean. Just rinse them out with a hose and let them dry. I’ve had mine for about 2 months now, and they’re still holding up fine.
