Are KickassTorrents Proxies Still Reliable for Safe Torrenting?

kickasstorrents proxies are a mixed bag now. some work, some don’t, and it’s hard to tell which ones are safe.

i’ve been using protonvpn with tor, and it’s been working great for accessing torrent sites.
