Does Using a Smart Proxy Rotating IP Really Improve Online Privacy and Security?

Yo, so I’ve been digging into this whole *smart proxy rotating IP* thing lately, and honestly, I’m kinda torn. Like, on one hand, it sounds dope for staying lowkey online, right? Rotating IPs every few minutes? That’s gotta mess with trackers and snoops.

But then, I’m like… does it *really* make a difference? I mean, sure, a smart proxy rotating IP hides your OG IP, but if the service itself logs your data, what’s the point? Feels like trading one problem for another.

Also, some of these services are sketchy af. Like, how do you even know if they’re legit? I’ve seen some that claim to be “smart proxy rotating IP” but end up being slower than dial-up.

Idk, maybe I’m overthinking it. What do y’all think? Is it worth the hype or just another overpriced gimmick?
