Tbh, I’ve been using smart proxy rotating IPs for scraping, and it’s been a mixed bag. Some services are fast, others are slower than my grandma’s internet.
If you’re just starting out, try Proxy-Cheap. It’s affordable, and the IPs rotate pretty well. Just don’t expect top-tier speeds unless you’re willing to pay more.
