Are Google Sites Proxies Still Reliable for Bypassing Restrictions?

I still use google sites proxies occasionally, but only for super basic stuff. For anything serious, I’d recommend using a VPN or even a dedicated proxy service like HideMyAss. Google sites proxies are just too slow and inconsistent now. It’s not worth the hassle unless you’re in a pinch.
