Which Telegram Proxy Works Best for Reliable and Fast Access?

So, I’ve been trying to figure out which telegram proxy works best for *reliable and fast access*. I’ve tried a couple, but some are either super slow or just stop working after a day or two.

Anyone got recommendations? Like, something that’s stable and doesn’t make me wanna pull my hair out?

Also, does it matter if it’s MTProto or SOCKS5? I’m kinda new to this whole telegram proxy thing, so any tips would be awesome.
