I tried reaching out to their support again, and they finally got back to me. They said it’s a known issue and they’re working on a fix.
I’m gonna check out some of the alternatives you guys mentioned, like Stripe and FreshBooks. Appreciate all the suggestions!
Also, has anyone tried disputing charges with their bank? Did it work out okay? Just curious before I go that route. Thanks again!
