Has anyone here worked with CHEP USA before? I’m looking into their services for pallet management and stuff, but wanna hear some real experiences.
Are they reliable? Like, do they actually deliver on time or is it hit or miss? Also, how’s their customer service? I’ve heard mixed things, so kinda on the fence rn.
And pricing—fair or kinda steep? Trying to figure out if it’s worth it for my biz.
