Hmm, I’ve never tried to change pdf format which has javascript, but I’ve heard that some online converters like ILovePDF can strip out scripts during conversion.
Just be careful though—sometimes the JS is tied to the functionality of the PDF, so removing it might break things. Maybe test it on a copy first?
