Yo, so I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about proxy games lately, and I gotta ask… are they really the future of strategy gaming or just another flash in the pan?
Like, I get the appeal—proxy games let you test out decks, armies, or whatever without dropping mad cash. But idk, doesn’t it kinda take away from the *real* experience? Feels like playing with Monopoly money instead of the real deal.
On the flip side, proxy games are super accessible, and they let you experiment without commitment. That’s dope for newbies or folks on a budget. But will they stick around, or is this just a phase?
What do y’all think? Are proxy games the next big thing, or are we just hyping them up too much?
(Also, sorry for any typos, typing this on my phone lol)
