Does Xfinity Offer a Static IP Option for Home or Business Use?

Hey! So I’ve been in the same boat with the *xfinity static ip* situation. From what I know, yeah, it’s mostly for business plans. I ended up calling them, and they told me I’d need to upgrade to a business account to get one. It’s not cheap, but if you really need it, it might be worth it.

For home use, I’ve heard people use dynamic DNS services like No-IP or DynDNS as a workaround. It’s not the same as a *xfinity static ip*, but it gets the job done for hosting stuff.
