I’ve been researching this too, and yeah, Xfinity static IP is pretty much locked behind their business plans. I called them, and they said it’s $30 extra per month on top of the business plan.
If you’re just gaming, you probably don’t need a static IP. But for hosting, I’d recommend looking into AWS or Google Cloud. They give you a static IP, and it’s way more reliable than dealing with Xfinity.
