omg same thing happened to me last month!! i was so stressed lol. i tried one of those instagram unbanning service thread things and honestly, it worked for me. i used this site called Unbanster (google it). they got my account back in like 3 days.
but yeah, def be careful cuz there are a lot of scams out there. i’d say read reviews and check if they have a money-back guarantee.
