i’ve used an instagram unbanning service thread thing before, and it worked for me. i went with this site called AccountRescue. they were pretty quick and got my account back in like 4 days.
but yeah, there are def scams out there, so be careful. i’d say check their reviews and see if they have a customer support team.
also, to avoid getting banned again, don’t post too much in a short time. insta thinks it’s bot behavior.
