I’ve been using 4K YouTube to MP3 with Luminati proxies for my youtube download bot residential ip setup. Luminati is a bit pricey, but their IP pool is massive, so you rarely run into issues.
The combo works great for downloading audio, but it’s also solid for video downloads. Just make sure to configure the proxies properly.
