ugh, the "follow feedback required instagram" thing is the worst! I dealt with it a while back and it drove me nuts.
I fixed it by logging into Instagram on a browser (not the app) and clearing all my recent follows/unfollows. Then I waited like 24 hours and it was gone.
If that doesn’t work, maybe try contacting Instagram support? They’re slow but sometimes they help. Good luck!
