Has Anyone Else Experienced 'Follow Feedback Required' on Instagram? How Did You Fix It?

Hey! I’ve been through the "follow feedback required instagram" mess too. It’s usually a temp ban for suspicious activity.

I’d recommend:
- Not following/unfollowing anyone for 24-48 hours.
- Checking if you’ve used any third-party tools (like auto-follow apps).
- If it’s still there, try reaching out to Instagram support through the app.
