Hey, I’ve been scraping craigslist with phone numbers for a while now, and I’ve found that using a combination of Scrapy and Smartproxy works pretty well.
Smartproxy is affordable and has a good pool of IPs, so you can scrape without getting blocked too often. Just make sure to set a reasonable delay between requests.
