I’d recommend checking out Authorize.Net. It’s been around forever, and it’s super reliable as a proxy payment gateway.
Their API is a bit old-school, but it’s rock-solid and secure. Plus, they have a ton of plugins if you’re using something like WooCommerce or Shopify.
