So, I’ve been trying to figure out how to set up and manage a whitelist IP proxy for secure access. I’ve heard it’s a solid way to restrict access to only trusted IPs, but I’m kinda lost on the steps.
Like, do I need to configure the whitelist IP proxy on my server first, or is it done through a third-party tool? Also, how do you manage the list of allowed IPs without messing things up?
And what happens if someone tries to access it from an IP that’s not on the whitelist IP proxy? Does it just block them, or is there a way to notify admins?
If anyone’s got tips or a quick guide, that’d be awesome. I’m not super techy, so keep it simple pls lol.
