Which is better for YouTube scraping: BrightData vs Smartproxy? Need advice!

Hey everyone!

So, I’ve been diving into this whole YouTube scraping thing for a project, and I’m stuck between brightdata vs smartproxy for YouTube. I’ve seen a lot of mixed opinions, and honestly, it’s kinda overwhelming.

BrightData seems solid with its huge IP pool and all, but I’ve heard it can get pricey real quick. On the other hand, Smartproxy looks more budget-friendly, but I’m not sure if it’s as reliable for scraping YouTube specifically.

Anyone here actually used both? Like, which one handles YouTube’s anti-scraping measures better? I don’t wanna waste time or money on something that’s gonna get blocked every 5 mins lol.

Also, if there’s another option I’m missing, feel free to drop it! Just need something that works without breaking the bank.

Thanks in advance, y’all! 🙏
