Thanks so much for all the replies, everyone! I tried using ProxyCheck.io like a few of you suggested, and it worked like a charm. Turns out I *am* behind a transparent proxy, which explains why my IP looked different on some sites.
I also checked my browser settings, and the proxy info was right there—totally missed it before lol. I’m gonna look into Fiddler next to see if I can dig deeper, but for now, this is a huge help.
