Thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried switching to Firefox, and the Installing Symantec extension/plug-in worked perfectly there. Chrome is still being a pain, but at least I have a workaround now.
I’ll also try resetting Chrome settings and disabling other extensions to see if that fixes it. Appreciate all the help! 🙌
