Best Proxy to Use When Applying to College Through OpenCC: Any Recommendations?

Hey, I’d recommend checking out Hotspot Shield. It’s fast, easy to set up, and worked perfectly for me when applying through OpenCC. They have a free version, but the premium one is way better if you can swing it.
