Hey everyone, thanks so much for all the suggestions! I tried disabling my browser extensions and switching to incognito mode, and it actually worked! I’m finally in.
I also checked DownDetector, and it looks like there were some server issues earlier, so that might’ve been part of the problem.
One quick follow-up: has anyone else noticed that the SmartData login page loads slower on certain browsers? I’m using Firefox, and it’s still a bit laggy. Should I switch to Chrome or Edge?
