I’ve been using "AeroInsta" as a 3rd party Instagram app ad blocker, and it’s been working great for me. It’s a modded app, so it blocks ads and lets you do stuff like download stories.
It’s free, but you have to download it from their site since it’s not on the app store. No bans so far, but I’d still be cautious.
