Tbh, I think the Shopify residential IP thing is only worth it if you’re running a big store or dealing with a lot of bot traffic. For smaller stores, Shopify’s built-in security is usually enough.
If you’re curious, you can try tools like Soax or Storm Proxies. They’re easy to set up, and you can test it out for a month to see if it makes a difference.
I tried it for a bit and didn’t notice much of a change, but my store’s pretty low-traffic. Might be worth it if you’re scaling, though.
