Hey, I had the same issue with Win10 Socks5. I fixed it by using Proxifier and switching to a better proxy provider. I’d recommend Bright Data—they’ve got great speeds and uptime.
For browsers, you can use Proxy SwitchySharp (Chrome) or FoxyProxy (Firefox) to manage your Socks5 settings. It’s way easier than messing with Windows network settings.
