Yo, great post! I’ve been using a proxy server for WiFi mainly to avoid ISP throttling. It’s been a mixed bag though—some days it’s fast, other days not so much.
I’ve been using IPVanish, and it’s been okay. Not the best, but it gets the job done.
Anyone know a better option for avoiding throttling?
