I’ve been using proxies for years, and tbh, they’re not a speed booster. Do proxy addresses speed up connection? Not really, unless you’re dealing with ISP throttling or geo-blocks.
What I’ve found helpful is using a proxy with a good location. For example, if you’re in the US and the site’s server is in Europe, a proxy in the middle can sometimes reduce latency. But it’s not a guarantee.
I’d recommend Oxylabs or Proxy-Cheap for testing. Just don’t expect it to fix a bad connection.
