Anyone else having issues with Instagram can't refresh feed? How to fix it?

omg i thought it was just me!! instagram can't refresh feed is driving me crazy.
i tried reinstalling too but no luck.
someone on twitter said turning off wifi and using mobile data fixed it for them.
worked for me for a bit but then it went back to being stuck.
hopefully insta fixes this soon 😩
