Anyone else having issues with Instagram can't refresh feed? How to fix it?

ugh same!! instagram can't refresh feed is such a vibe killer.
i tried logging out and back in and it worked for a sec but then stopped again.
i saw someone say updating the app fixed it for them but mine’s already updated.
anyone else tried that?
