Hey! I had the same issue with screaming frog multi-user. What worked for me was using a cloud storage solution like Google Drive or Dropbox for the crawl data. Everyone can access it without conflicts, and it syncs faster than local networks.
Also, double-check the user roles in the config file. Sometimes it’s just a typo causing the permissions to fail.
