ugh, instagram device ban is the worst. i tried everything—factory reset, VPNs, even buying a new phone lol. nothing worked until i used a friend’s phone to log in and then switched back to mine.
for reddit backup, i just screenshot my fav memes and convos. old school but it works. also, there’s a tool called “reddit backup tool” that exports everything to a file. worth checking out!
