dude, same boat here. instagram device ban is so annoying. i tried using a VPN (Surfshark) and it worked for a while, but then IG blocked me again.
what finally worked was creating a new account and slowly migrating my stuff over. not ideal, but better than nothing.
for reddit backup, i use “Pushshift” to save my posts and comments. it’s a bit technical but super reliable. hope this helps!
