Why does my Facebook keep logging me out?? It’s been happening to me too, and I’m so over it.
I found that disabling any third-party apps connected to my Facebook account helped. Sometimes, those apps cause login issues. Go to Settings > Apps and Websites and remove anything suspicious.
If that doesn’t work, maybe try using Facebook Lite or Messenger Lite. They’re less buggy and might solve the problem.
