Hey, I’ve seen error 407 a few times, and it’s usually random for me. One day it’s fine, the next it’s not.
I found that resetting my network settings helped. On Windows 10, you can do this by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network Reset. Just be aware it’ll remove saved Wi-Fi passwords, so make sure you have those handy.
