Thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried resetting my network settings and running the `netsh winhttp reset proxy` command, and it seems to have fixed the error 407 issue for now.
I’m still not sure why it started happening out of the blue, but I’ll keep an eye on it. If it comes back, I’ll definitely try Fiddler and ProxyCap like some of you suggested.
