If you’re looking for something quick and free, I’d recommend Deckstats. It’s not a dedicated magic the gathering proxy maker, but it lets you export your deck as a PDF with card images.
Printing-wise, I’ve had good luck with Staples. They’ve got decent cardstock, and you can even get them to cut the cards for you if you ask nicely.
Just keep in mind, proxies are great for casual play, but don’t try to pass them off as real cards at events. 😅
