How do I efficiently download files using curl? Tips and tricks needed!

Wow, thanks so much for all the tips, everyone! I tried using `-C -` with `--retry` and it worked like a charm for resuming my downloads.

I also gave `--limit-rate` a shot, and it definitely helped stabilize the speed.

Quick question though—has anyone used `--parallel` for single large files? Does it split the file into chunks automatically, or do I need to do something extra?
