Why Won't Instagram Let Me Follow Anyone? Help!

yo, this happened to me too and it’s so frustrating. i think it’s a bug in the app tbh.

what worked for me was switching to a different account (if you have one) and following from there. then i switched back to my main account and it started working again.

also, try using instagram on a desktop browser—sometimes the app just acts up for no reason.
