Bro, I had this EXACT problem last week! Only Google Chrome is loading websites, and it was driving me nuts. Turns out, my antivirus was blocking the other browsers for some reason.
I added Firefox and Edge to the "allowed apps" list in my antivirus settings, and boom, problem solved. Maybe check your antivirus/firewall settings?
