hey, i had this issue too and it drove me crazy. i found out it’s usually triggered by suspicious activity (even if u didn’t do anything lol). i used a tool called “Instagram Account Recovery” (just google it) and it helped me bypass the challenge required instagram thing.
also, make sure ur not using any third-party apps that might be messing with insta’s system. they hate that.
