Try this: Log in to Facebook on a desktop or browser, go to Settings > Security and Login, and check if there are any active sessions you don’t recognize. Remove them, then log out everywhere. After that, try logging in on your phone again.
If that doesn’t work, maybe try using Facebook Lite? It’s less buggy sometimes.
