Hey! I had the same Facebook session expired Android problem, and it was so annoying. I finally fixed it by resetting my Facebook password.
Go to facebook.com, click “Forgot Password,” and reset it. Then log back in on your phone. It’s weird, but it worked for me.
Also, if you’re using a beta version of the app, maybe switch back to the stable version. Beta versions can be super buggy. Let me know if it works!
