I fixed it by logging in through a different network. Like, I switched from my home Wi-Fi to mobile data, and it worked. Maybe Instagram flagged your IP?
Also, check if your account was hacked. Sometimes hackers trigger blocks by spamming or sending weird DMs. If you think that’s the case, secure your account ASAP.
