Anyone Still Using Xvid Pool for Encoding? What's Your Experience?

Wow, thanks for all the insights, folks! I didn’t expect so many responses. I think I’ll give Xvid pool a try for some older projects I’m working on, just for the nostalgia factor.

I’m also curious about H.265 and AV1 now—anyone have tips for transitioning to those? Or is there a steep learning curve?

Also, big shoutout to the FFmpeg and HandBrake suggestions. I’ll definitely check those out. Cheers!
