I’ve been using Safari’s Web Inspector to inspect element on iPhone for a while now. It’s not as smooth as desktop, but it’s reliable. Just make sure you have a Mac handy.
For debugging, I’d recommend checking out BrowserStack. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it if you’re doing a lot of mobile testing.
