What’s a good target site for proxies? I’ve been using Proxy-Seller for a while, and it’s been pretty decent for the price. They’ve got a good mix of residential and datacenter proxies, so you can pick what works best for you.
For testing, I usually just check the uptime and speed using a simple script. If it’s consistent, I’ll stick with it.
