omg same!! Instagram broken and won't keep me logged in is the worst. I tried everything, but what finally worked was switching to a different account and then switching back. Idk why, but it just fixed itself. Maybe worth a try? Also, I heard using a VPN can sometimes mess with the login, so if you’re using one, try turning it off.
